CodePNW provides professional website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services. Design is provided free of charge. We cover all hosting and infrastructure costs. Clients pay a simple subscription fee of $49.99/month or $499.99/year for our complete service. Most websites are delivered within 24-48 hours.

2. Payment Terms

• Monthly Plan: $49.99 per month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: $499.99 per year, billed annually (save $100.89)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All prices are in USD

3. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver most websites within 24-48 hours after initial consultation. Complex projects may require additional time, which will be communicated upfront.

4. Cancellation Policy

Monthly plans can be canceled at any time. Annual plans are non-refundable but service will continue until the end of the billing period.

5. Domain Names

Annual Plan: We purchase and manage your domain name at no additional cost. Domain ownership will be transferred to you upon request at no charge. Monthly Plan: Clients must purchase their own domain (typically $10-15/year). We can manage your domain for you or you can manage it yourself.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide. We retain ownership of the underlying code and design elements, with a license for you to use them for your website.

7. Limitations of Liability

CodePNW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify customers of any material changes via email.
